Amazing game

Awesome game. The graphics and levels are stunning to look at and it's pretty challenging. Top game in big fish games!

Call me Miss MaGoo

It's the best puzzle/strat game I've played in a long time.Not since lemmings have I had such a blast.This Goo's for you!!

Fantastic. So much fun. Quality craftsmanship.

One of the best games I?ve played. Very high quality design and graphics. The game is unusually well crafted. Storyline is clever and amusing, with lots of little jokes about the inner workings of computers, internet, and hacking. If you enjoy movies like Hackers and Antitrust, you?ll enjoy this game. The gameplay is fun, intuitive, fairly relaxing. Most levels are easy, but some require outside-the-box, logical thinking. The music and environments change for nice variety throughout the levels. You can see that a lot of thought went into the making of this masterpiece. If I had to compare this game to others, I would liken it to the first two Wonderland games. The comparison is based on fun factor, colorfulness, and the type of physical logic involved. Overall, and outstanding game. Cohesive, moderately challenging, and fun, fun, fun.

Fun!

Addicting puzzle game. Just finished it and sad there isn't a sequel.

Goo is Good!

Smart, odd, fun, challenging and special, the "World of Goo" is one of the top five games I've ever played. Great music, unexpected challenges, and an intriguing storyline lead me to believe that a very unique team of talented people created this game. I wish there were a sequel.

Great challenge

I had a really great time playing this game. The "little goo characters" are nice and the level of the game is not to easy nor to hard. I strongly recommend this game!

LOVE IT

This game is fun and challenging! You aren't given directions to read, you learn how to play as you go along. Fantastic game!

Loved it

I only wish I could get the OCD on every level.

One of the best physics based games ever!

Obviously one of those games with a lot of thought put into it, kudos to the developers of this one! Physics based games are some of my favorites and I rank this one up there among the top, easily the best one for PC! The look of it is very stylized and fits nicely together with the storyline, music and overall tone of the game. On top of that the game play is very smooth and easy to pick up on, but the levels are still challenging enough to provide a little exercise for the old grey matter. Clues along the way are provided by the mysterious "Sign Painter" character and help nudge you in the right direction but without giving away the answers outright. Easily one of the best games I have played all year and my only complaint is that now that I've beat it I have no new levels to look forward to :( They should definitely make a sequel! In the meantime, I guess I'll just have to work on getting the OCD achievement on all levels ;)

Really GOO(D) - A guy's review

Well, if you love solving puzzles in a strategic way (think Lemmings, Pushover) than you can't go wrong with this game. Not since already mentioned Lemmings have I played equally engaging puzzles where the goal is to "save" as many as possible. Next to Lemmings the most comparable games would be bridge building games usually found on cell-phones. And it can be equally (if not more) challenging. Here your brain will get a proper exercise, and it might test your patience at times. As you progress through the game you come across several new "goo's" that have their own special function, which offers new challenges and ways to solve things, and it keeps it interesting. Also, every "goo" you can save over the limit that is set gets collected to an own place where you can use them to build your own tower. There is even an online scoring system, and you can see what others have come up with in the "free build tower". If you have the game hooked up they will even show in the background of your own. The graphics is nothing special, but perfectly fine. Everything looks smooth and moves smoothly too, but with a simple artistic style. Though, I don't see how it would play better with better graphics, the minimalistic graphics is almost necessary for this type of game. I can't comment on the music. I can't even remember how it was LOL. So at least it can't be very intrusive. I recommend this game to anyone who likes strategic puzzles and likes a challenge. It should suit young and old both. TJ
